2013 Cadillac XTS Reveal Promo
Cadillac has introduced the 2013 XTS sedan at the Los Angeles auto show.
The XTS is a new premium sedan model that will compete against the BMW 5-Series, Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the Audi A6.
The 2013 Cadillac XTS features a 3.6 liter V6 (LFX) engine that produces 300 hp (224 kW / 304 PS) mated to the Hydra-Matic 6T70 six-speed automatic transmission. The power train drives the Haldex all-wheel drive system that comes with an electronic limited-slip differential that splits the torque between the rear wheels.
The XTS will come standard with 19-inch wheels with 20-inchers as an option.
Tech features on the XTS include the all-new CUE info-tainment system, the Magnetic Ride Control adaptive suspension system and a color head-up display.
The top trim level will be the XTS Platinum which features a chrome and satin-chrome grille finish, 20-inch polished aluminum wheels, and a leather and Alcantara interior.
The 2013 Cadillac XTS goes on sale in North America in the spring of 2012.
